1. Services Provided

 

Clearview WCS offers window and solar panel cleaning services across South Florida. All services are provided by trained professionals using purified water systems and eco-conscious methods.

 

 

2. Booking & Scheduling

 

Clients may request a free estimate or schedule services through our website or by phone. Appointment dates are subject to availability. In the event of rain or unsafe weather, we may reschedule your service at no extra charge.

 

 

3. Payments

 

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via card, bank transfer, or cash. Late payments may incur a fee.

 

 

4. Cancellations

 

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.

 

 

5. Property Access & Safety

 

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe access to all areas scheduled for cleaning. Please remove items that may block access or pose safety concerns. We are not responsible for damage to fragile or improperly installed windows.

 

 

6. Privacy

 

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for service communication and scheduling. See our Privacy Policy for details.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Clearview WCS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.

 

 

8. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
